I'm no George Foreman when it comes to grilling. I'm not some fat, old timey punch bag riding the coattails of my fleeting fame and noteriety for a few degrading measley bucks.I could never be that lucky,,,So, as I was saying I'm pretty much a novice griller, mostly because my yield on cooked food is approximately 45% - yeah, I know, bush league numbers for sure.
