This was recommended for our church kitchen, and we are extremely pleased with the quality and performance, especially for the price range. We did have a couple of minor issues....the product shipped without the o-ring washers that were needed, which the manufacturer quickly remedied. Also, the shrink wrap on the coil was very difficult to remove. I am still giving the product a 5-star rating because of its overall quality & value, along with the great customer service.
