The box was pretty damaged and looked like it was old, but the action figure inside was in perfect condition. It was very banged up. I gave this as a gift and I felt like it looked like I was giving them a used toy. This did not seem like a new item.My grandson loved it. Very sturdyI think this was expensive for a plastic figure but my little boy is very happy with it and it goes well with his other figures of a similar size.Its ok but not sure is worth the money, box was a little damaged too.thank youBox arrived damaged and taped up. Toy itself was faded and very dusty (inside the box??) and clearly not an official toy as quality is very different to other Marvel 12" toys we already have. But my daughter was happy with it.Great figure and great size my son loves it
