Sculpt: Off the bat, the sculpt is amazing. I didn’t notice and weird paint application errors and I love how they did his skill. I do kind of wish he had more color to him but that can’t be helped since he’s based off his classic design. I admittedly spent a lot of time just sort… feeling him up. His body is lovingly molded and I appreciated the fur trim on his butt. I half expected his butt to just be painted black or something.Articulation: Just enough to not be overbearing and everything seems sturdy instead of being really stiff or too loose.Accessories: He comes with is staff and a little purple sword that fits in a loop on his upper back area. Both fit nicely in his hands. I kind of wish he came with an optional cape because it feels like something is just missing from the overall package.Overall: I had actually meant to get this figure sometime last year when it was like $15-20 cheaper but I think he’s well worth the $40 I ended up paying for him. His sculpt is based off his much older 1980’s toy and is scaled even larger than his 2002 rendition which I was happy about. He’s not too tall, not too short. Just the right size. Though there are things I would have liked to see added in I think this is more than worthy depiction of Ol’ Skelly.package arrived sooner than expected, well package FYI. I grew up with these toys. When i first got skeletor back when i was a kid in the 80"s, I always compared it to the picture in the back package and wonder why it didn't look that great. Well my child dream came true when I stumble across these remakes. Skeletor looks better than i expected, great detail, great proportions, color matches the original artwork. it comes with power sword, half sword, and havoc staff. The only thing missing was the small comic the old toys would come with. Overall I am buying several more. Fantastic piece of art.there are certain characters in the world of toys who are unforgetable.the skull faced lord of destruction who has been around since 1982 is one of them.by just improving the articulation combined with subtle new sculpting and paint applications gives to us he-fans the ultimate version of he-man's arch foe all the while making him look relevant and impressive to any new fans we might get along the way.if you ever had him or just want a well made toy for your collection get this version.it proves the old overlord of evil is still ready to take on any good guys who come his way.Pretty solid and tight figure. Let me give you the basics first so you know what you're in for. It stands approx. 7", it's got 20 points of articulation, comes with a full purple power-sword and a half of a purple power-sword(which will combine with He-Man's silver half), and a purple staff. Now for the review. It's quite a beautiful figure. Fans of Skeletor and/of the MOTUC line will be pleased with this purchase. It's a perfect score all around.Even in the box he looks cool.
