These mounts work very well and are very lightweight. They have a small footprint and are perfect for smaller action cams like the Hero 4 session, Polaroid Cube and others. The VHB tape by 3M pretty much ensures they're not coming off. But you can remove the VHB tape from the mount before use and use other non permanent tapes such as 3M command etc. Very good product.
