Let see how long it takes her to figure it out, how it works.Normally I mounted those "normal drawer latches" on nearby everything, since you dont see them. BUt on the stove, dishwasher and the desk (no real wood and the drawers would allow to mount the latches) I had to mount those.They domnt look cheap and does a good job.Need to fingers to open, certian pressure and the right move to remove one side (you could release boith sides too), so I hope it will take a while until she knows how to open those. :-) At the moment she didnt even try to open.She is about 23 lb and is hanging on the handle of the stove with her whole body. The two latches hold that weight, even I had already to remove and remount one of the latches. I think that just work if you recently mount it. So no guarantee that it will work always.
